Mentor Standards

The EU Mentor Network encourages all participating mentors to commit to certain standards and ensuring a quality service to the EU community. The following minimum standards should be adhered to by all mentors who sign up.

Mentors who are listed on this site commit to the following

Mentor Code

(1) I have been actively participating in the Entropia Universe for at least 1 year.

(2) I have either been a disciple myself and have graduated from my discipleship, or I have not been a disciple but would qualify for graduation in one of the disciple skills.

(3) I will spend a minimum of 4 hours a week in EU and will be available to my disciples during this time. I will strive to be available to my active disciples for more than this bare minimum.

(4) I will not abuse the mentor system nor take on new disciples with the main motivation of getting a mentoring gift. The reason I take disciples is to help them become self sufficient participants in the Entropia Universe. I will not be part of "disciple harvesting" nor do I condone the practice of "disciple harvesting".

(5) If my disciple asks for release from the discipleship for serious reasons, I will release him/her. If there is a disagreement about reasons, time-frame and/or the release itself, I will discuss this matter with mentor peers and will strive to come to a solution that satisfies all sides.

(6) I will not charge my disciple for mentor services, release from discipleship and/or graduation.
